Plans for Private Landowners
Limiting the assistance the Department of Natural Resources may render
a private landowner by prohibiting a forester employed by the
Department or a district forestry board from preparing a forestry
stewardship plan, forest conservation plan, forest stand delineation,
or other forestry-related plans for a private landowner unless the
employee makes specified disclosures to the private landowner and
unless the Department collects a fee equal to the wages of the
forester paid for the time the forester took to prepare the plan.
