Somerset County - Private Sale of Property Adjacent to Princess Anne Industrial Park Land

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Somerset County to sell industrial park property in Princess Anne, Maryland at private sale for the purposes of economic development or commercial enterprise under any terms the county commissioners consider appropriate; and exempting the sale of property authorized by the Act from sealed bid and advertising requirements.
