Renaming the Information Processing Equipment Replacement Fund to be the Information Technology Investment Fund; expanding the uses of the money in the Fund; expanding the sources of money for the Fund; requiring the Department of Transportation to establish an Information Technology Investment Program; and requiring the Department to coordinate with the Chief of Information Technology.
