Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Teackle Mansion, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and restoration of the Teackle Mansion, located in Princess Anne, including a new roof and repainting of the bricks; and requiring the granting and conveyance of a historic easement.
