Requiring the Comptroller to deduct and credit to the Transportation
Trust Fund of the State 80% of the admissions and amusement tax
revenue derived from admissions to a professional football stadium in
Prince George's County with a seating capacity in excess of 60,000;
and discontinuing the deduction after a cumulative total of
$43,000,000 has been credited to the Transportation Trust Fund of the
State.
