Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Cecil County to issue bonds not to exceed $9,000,000, to finance certain public school and community college facilities in Cecil County; empowering the County to levy taxes to pay for the bonds; and exempting the bonds from State and local taxation.
