Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax - Refunds
Altering the June 30, 1996 termination date applicable to Section 2 of
Chapter 176 of the Acts of 1995, which altered and made applicable
statewide a provision making refundable the motor fuel tax paid on
motor fuel used by nonprofit organizations that operate a system of
transportation for elderly, handicapped, and low income individuals,
as specified.
