Entitled:

Property Tax - Income Producing Real Property - Penalty for Failing to File Information

Synopsis:

Altering the requirements under which certain income producing real property incurs a penalty for failure to file certain information; authorizing a supervisor of assessment to designate certain real property that will be subject to certain notice and penalty; and authorizing a waiver of the penalty under certain circumstances.
