Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt of up to $250,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Bel Alton High School Alumni Restoration Committee in Charles County, for use as a multiservice center, with employment, training, and support services; and requiring the granting and conveyance of a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
