State Personnel - Sick Leave - Caregivers of a Child
Applying provisions of law that relate to the use of accrued sick
leave for the care of a child during the period immediately after the
birth of the child or the placement of the child for adoption to State
employees in the State Personnel Management System who are secondary
caregivers in the same manner as the provisions apply to those who are
primary caregivers; requiring approval of a request for use of accrued
sick leave under certain circumstances; etc.
