Entitled:

Landlord and Tenant - Surrender of Premises - Extension of Time

Synopsis:

Extending from 2 days to 4 days the time period following judgment before which a court orders a tenant to surrender possession of the premises; and extending from 2 to 4 days the time period following judgment in which the tenant has a right to appeal.
