Entitled:

Property Tax - Computer Software

Synopsis:

Providing an exemption from valuation and property tax for computer software, as defined, and related documentation; providing that the exemption does not apply to embedded software, as defined, or to software which is stock in business; and allowing the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to grant a certain property tax credit on property tax imposed on computer software.
