Transportation - Highway User Revenues - Distribution Formula

Synopsis:

Altering the formula for distributing highway user revenues to Baltimore City, the counties, and municipalities; and making the Act contingent on approval by the Board of Public Works and the Board of Estimates of Baltimore City of an agreement that provides additional fiscal assistance to Baltimore City.
