Synopsis:

Requiring specified candidates, political committees, and entities, under specified circumstances, to notify the State Administrative Board of Election Laws or designated local boards of elections, as required, if contributions or transfers received by the entity since the period covered by the last campaign fund report filed by the entity exceed specified individual contribution or aggregate contribution thresholds; providing for the inclusion of specified information regarding the additional contributions; etc.
