Synopsis:

Prohibiting a recorded covenant or restriction, declaration, bylaw, or rule of a condominium, homeowners association, or cooperative housing corporation from restricting home-based businesses; providing that a condominium, homeowners association, or cooperative housing corporation may prohibit or regulate specified home-based businesses under specified circumstances; providing that the operation of a home-based business is a specified activity; authorizing payment of specified fees and adoption of specified rules; etc.
