Washington County are required to negotiate wages, hours, and other
terms of employment with representatives elected by employees of the
County; providing for rights of County employees in connection with

Commissioners; making it unlawful for specified persons to engage in,
induce, initiate, or ratify a strike by County employees; providing
that specified actions are unfair labor practices; etc.
