Synopsis:

Prescribing procedures under which the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County consider the opening, closing, or alteration of public roads in the County; providing that subdivision streets shall be approved in accordance with County subdivision regulations; specifying notice and hearing requirements and procedures and criteria pertaining to the approval process; providing that specified provisions of law do not apply in the County; providing that Planning Board approval is required in a specified manner; etc.
