Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to report by March 30 of each year to the Bicounty Subcommittees of the Prince George's County Delegation and the Montgomery County Delegation to the General Assembly concerning all unencumbered funds remaining in the Commission's budget for the current fiscal year.
