Creation of a State Debt - Bowie State University - Goodloe Property

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $175,000, with a matching fund requirement, for use by Bowie State University in the acquisition and renovation of the home of the first president of the University, the Don Speed Goodloe property, located across from the University, the property to be used as a visitor's center for the University; and requiring the University to grant an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
