Synopsis:

Amending Chapter 324 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1995, the Charles County - The Izaak Walton League of America - Southern Maryland Outdoor Education Center Loan of 1995, to extend the time by which The Izaak Walton League of America, Southern Maryland Chapter shall provide evidence of a matching fund to June 1, 1999.
