Credit Unions - Examination Fees and Assessments

Synopsis:

Providing that specified charges for examinations of credit unions by the Commissioner of Financial Regulation apply only to specified credit unions; requiring the Commissioner to impose a specified annual assessment on specified credit unions; providing for the amount of the assessment; and requiring specified credit unions to pay the assessment at a specified time.
