Authorizing condominium unit owners and homeowners association lot
owners to assemble in specified areas, subject to reasonable rules, to
consider and discuss matters relating to the operation of the
condominium; requiring governing bodies or committees of condominium
and homeowners associations to designate time during a meeting to
allow unit owners to comment on matters relating to the condominium;
and authorizing unit and lot owners to distribute information and
circulate petitions in specified places and ways.
