Authorizing an insurer to request a finding by the Insurance
Commissioner that specified programs, models, or algorithms used for
specified purposes be considered confidential information; prohibiting
an insurer from refusing to underwrite a private passenger motor
vehicle insurance risk solely because of the credit history of the
applicant or named insured; and requiring the Commissioner to conduct
a specified study and submit a report by a specified date.
