State Lottery - Compensation for Agents

Synopsis:

Altering the method for computing compensation for licensed agents of the State Lottery Agency so as to require the State Lottery Agency to pay 5% of gross receipts and 3% of the on-line game payouts; repealing a limitation on bonuses and incentives that may be paid to licensed agents; etc.
