Crimes - Patuxent Institution Youth Program - Patuxent Institution

Synopsis:

Replacing the existing mental health program at the Patuxent Institution with a program with a contemporary remediation philosophy; changing the membership of the Institution's Board of Review; specifying criteria for admission into and release from the Program; clarifying the authority of Institution staff and of the Parole Commission; providing for those in the current Program; etc.
