Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Water and Sewer Usage Charges - Liens MC/PG 107-01

Synopsis:

Providing that water and sewer service charges and penalties imposed by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission that remain unpaid for 60 days after a written notice that the bill is in arrears is sent may be collected from the owner of the property, are subject to the same interest as overdue and property taxes, and are a first lien on the property.
