Electricity Generation Facilities - Effect on State
Aid
Providing that machinery and equipment used in the generation of
electricity at specified facilities that are granted a specified tax
credit may not be treated as taxable personal property for purposes of
calculating the payment of specified State aid; and applying the Act
to the calculation of State aid for fiscal years beginning on or after
July 1, 2001.
