Maryland Transportation Authority - Proposed Alteration of Tolls - Legislative Review

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority to submit to the Legislative Policy Committee of the General Assembly, for review and comment, any proposed alteration of a toll to be charged for the use of transportation facilities projects; and prohibiting a proposed toll alteration from taking effect until at least 30 days after the proposed toll is submitted to the Legislative Policy Committee.
