Public School Construction - Small Community School Preservation
Program
Establishing the Small Community School Preservation Program;
establishing that a county board that constructs or renovates in a
priority funding zone school buildings that are within specified size
ranges shall be eligible to receive from the State up to 10% of
construction or building costs in addition to the maximum State
construction allocation; requiring the Interagency Committee on School
Construction to adopt specified guidelines to implement the program;
etc.
