Social Workers - Provisional Graduate Social Worker License

Synopsis:

Requiring applicants for a provisional graduate social worker license to meet specified qualifications; providing that a provisional graduate social worker license is valid for a period not to exceed 3 years or until the graduate program has attained accredited status from the Council on Social Work Education; and requiring that specified provisional licensees be granted a graduate social worker license under specified circumstances.
