Circuit Court Real Property Records Improvement Fund - Use, Funding, and Duration

Synopsis:

Increasing from $5 to $10 the maximum surcharge that the State Court Administrator may establish on recordable instruments for the Circuit Court Real Property Records Improvement Fund; making it a misdemeanor to make specified disbursements from the Fund; establishing specified penalties; and repealing the June 30, 2006 termination date of the provisions of law relating to the Fund.
