Synopsis:

Requiring managed behavioral health care organizations and carriers that provide behavioral health care services to submit an annual report containing specified expense and loss ratios; requiring the annual report filed by managed behavioral health care organizations and carriers to include an actuarial certification; requiring the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to establish a specified methodology by regulation; requiring managed behavioral health care organizations and carriers to perform an audit of data in the annual report; etc.
