Synopsis:

Expanding the boundaries of Matthew Henson State Park; excepting a specified parcel of land from inclusion in Matthew Henson State Park; directing a transfer of parcels of land from the State Highway Administration to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission; requiring the consent of the Commission for a specified transfer of land; prohibiting Montgomery County from issuing a sediment control permit for specified land unless specified conditions are met; etc.
