Synopsis:

Establishing the State Building Smart Growth Program; requiring specified State buildings that are planned for construction on or after June 1, 2006, be located not less than one-quarter mile from public transportation; providing that the Board of Public Works may exempt a State building from the requirements of the Act; etc.
