Creation of a State Debt - Wicomico County - Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of the new Eastern Shore Nonprofit Support Center building; providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide a matching fund; prohibiting the use of the loan proceeds or the matching fund for sectarian purposes; etc.
