Community Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the New
Christian Community Development Corporation for the acquisition,
planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
the new Dorothy M. Higgins Community Center; prohibiting the loan
proceeds or matching fund from being used for sectarian religious
purposes; etc.
