Community Life Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Ebenezer
Community Development Corporation for the planning, design,
construction, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the
Community Life Center; providing for the disbursement of the loan
proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend
a matching fund; providing that no part of the loan proceeds or
matching fund may be used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
