Business Occupations and Professions - Stationary Engineers - Qualifications

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Stationary Engineers to waive examination requirements under the Maryland Stationary Engineers Act and issue specified individuals specified stationary engineer licenses under specified circumstances; authorizing the Board to permit an applicant to take a specified license examination under specified circumstances; requiring the Board to consider specified factors in evaluating the work experience of a specified applicant; etc.
