Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of YMCA Metropolitan Washington, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of handicap accessible improvements to the YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase facility located in Bethesda; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; prohibiting the loan proceeds or the matching fund from being used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
