Synopsis:

Transferring contractual employees of the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, Legal Services Division, to the Department of Human Resources; requiring that a Position Identification Number be created for each transferred employee; providing for the classification of transferred employees in the State Personnel Management System; and adding an attorney employed by the State to those attorneys required to represent a local department of social services.
