Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2009 to authorize the matching fund for a specified grant to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts to consist of real property, in kind contributions, and funds expended prior to June 1, 2010.
