Maryland General and Limited Power of Attorney Act
Clarifying the form of document that may be used to create a specified
statutory form power of attorney; providing that a document
substantially in the form of a specified statutory form in effect on a
specified date shall continue to have a specified meaning and effect
notwithstanding enactment of specified legislation; requiring
specified coagents to act together unanimously unless otherwise
provided; providing for the designation of coagents in statutory forms
for a power of attorney; etc.
