Veterans Monument
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $40,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Korean
War Veterans Association Antietam Chapter #312 for the planning,
design, construction, and capital equipping of the Antietam Chapter
#312 Korean War Veterans Monument, located in Hagerstown; providing
for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that
the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
