Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2010 - Prince George's County - Marlboro Meadows Senior Center

Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2010 to include the purchase of security equipment in a specified grant for the Marlboro Meadows Senior Center; extending the deadline for the Board of Directors of the Marlboro Meadows Community Development Corporation to present evidence that a matching fund will be provided for a specified grant to the Marlboro Meadows Senior Center, located in Upper Marlboro; requiring the Board of Public Works to expend or encumber the proceeds of the loan by June 1, 2013; etc.
