Vehicle Laws - Historic Motor Vehicles
Increasing to 25 years the age that a motor vehicle must attain before
it may be registered as a historic motor vehicle; prohibiting a
specified historic motor vehicle from being used for specified

vehicle to submit with the application a certification that the
vehicle is insured by a specified vehicle insurance policy; etc.
