Labor and Employment - Abusive Work Environments in State Agencies - Workgroup Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Joint Committee on Fair Practices and State Personnel to convene a workgroup to study and make recommendations regarding methods of strengthening existing remedies and any new remedies needed to address abuse suffered by State employees due to abusive work environments; requiring the Joint Committee to report the findings and recommendations of the workgroup to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2012; etc.
