Garrett County - Development Impact Fees - Enabling Legislation

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Garrett County to fix, impose, and provide for the collection of development impact fees for specified purposes; and requiring that, before an ordinance or resolution concerning impact fees be adopted, the County Commissioners hold a public hearing and provide reasonable notice of the hearing.
