Environment - Dredge Spoil - Hart-Miller-Pleasure Island

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the deposit of dredge spoil at the Hart-Miller Island Dredged Material Containment Facility after January 1, 2010 or after the spoil reaches specified maximum heights, whichever comes first; prohibiting new spoil from a channel to be deposited in the south cell; prohibiting the Board of Public Works from issuing a license or an amendment to a license authorizing dredge material to exceed specified maximum heights, or authorizing dredge material to be deposited, on or after January 1, 2010 in the facility; etc.
