Synopsis
Authorizing a county to establish an assisted outpatient treatment program; and providing that an individual's failure to comply with an order of assisted outpatient treatment issued under a program may be considered by a hearing officer for a certain purpose when determining whether an individual is to be admitted as an involuntary patient at a certain facility or hospital.
