Synopsis
Allowing a credit against the State income tax to individuals, nonprofit organizations, or business entities for certain new construction costs and rehabilitation costs for certain catalytic revitalization projects; requiring the Secretary of Housing and Community Development to issue tax credit certificates in a certain amount; requiring the Governor, in each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024, to include in the budget bill an appropriation to the Historic Revitalization Tax Credit Reserve Fund of at least $12,000,000; etc.
